4a - Adding Materials

§ 1. User when adding Materials on the Web Site, claims that has full copyrights to placed information, describtions and pictures.
§ 2. User when adding Materials‚ is responsible for further transaction with the other User.

§ 4. Materials are published to the main page after Administration's acceptance.

4b - Promoted Materials

§ 1. Promoted Materials are considered to be visually enhanced ads.
§ 2. Promoted Materials are distinguished by different contrast background, other than standard ads.
§ 3. In order to have your Materials to be considered as Promoted, you must to choose as a type of your ad as a VIP for eithr 1 week/month/year.
§ 4. Once we recieve the payment we will post the ad on our Web Site.
§ 5. Once the Promoted period will end User's ad will be showed as a standard ad.
§ 6. Any type of dispute will be delt with Administration via email.
§ 7. Administration WILL NOT REIMBURSE the User for any paid Materials. The transaction is considered as FINAL.

4c - Advertisements

§ 1. Zndzajdz.US Portal offers advertisement display on our Web Site in any designated place, after prior contact and approval of advertisement contract with Administration.

5 - Contact

6 - Use License
